Bee bread ,Preserved by Lactobacillus sp. pollen
Bees preserve pollen in comb cells using bacteria species called Lactobacillus. The pollen nutrients preserved in that way are much more bioavailable for human body. This is a higher level of pollen quality and a more expensive bee product. Because of the presence of Lactobacillus sp., the natural intestinal bacterial ecosystem is protected against harmful bacterias species.
